Identify and explain at least five benefits someone with your personality can offer a small group.
Identify and explain at least five cautions someone with your personality should keep in mind when leading a small group. For example, someone who is an extrovert with a judgment aspect can come across as mean-spirited or a huge encourager depending on how he or she employs this personality trait.
Include at least two examples from your own experience of someone’s personality overpowering the small group. It does not have to be about you but should be a small group in which you personally participated. (Please do not include any names.)
