As you respond to this week’s discussion topic, ensure you identify and let the Class know the team you are looking for a new member to join. Your team members need character, but experience also, depending on what your team is doing, would be crucial. For example, if it were a medical surgery team, you would need someone with experience. They could be the most trustworthy person, but it most likely would be a travesty if they have never worked in surgery. Do you see what I mean? Some teams will need someone with great experience, and some may not; it all depends.
