For this assignment, you will create and share your own Operational Approach Provide a PowerPoint (that I will provide a video in it based on detailed slide notes for each slide) with detailed notes about each slide and I will read notes for a video. ONLY REFERENCE ATTCHMENTS LIKE I DID IN MY STATEMENT (I messed up and used a outside reference in my reference area DO NOT USE IT).

For the problem statement you developed in Week 1 (*See Attachments):

1. Create and submit a visual artifact representing an operational approach.
2. Present, in a recorded video, an explanation of your operational approach.
3. Upload or record your video using VoiceThread by clicking the button labeled “Load Assignment 2 – Creating the Operational Approach (VT Create)” at the bottom of this page.
Your visual artifact representing the operational approach must:
• Use visual media (for example, PowerPoint, whiteboard, butcher paper, etc.)
• Clearly depict an operational approach to the problem
• Demonstrate critical thinking and accurate understanding of operational design concepts
• Be clear, neat, and legible
• Be uploaded in VoiceThread in PowerPoint)
Your video presentation (in the form of a PowerPoint probably 3 slides do not include title slide) must:
1. Be 3 to 5 minutes in length
2. Begin with a brief, concise statement of the problem which your operational approach addresses. Do not read the entire problem statement, concisely summarize it.
3. Explain your operational approach artifact in detail for the audience to grasp:
a. The main elements of your approach
b. How your approach addresses the problem
c. Linkages between your approach and the elements of operational design
