You will develop and submit a strategic audit report reviewing the basic Strategic steps the company has followed in the last years:
1. Its Mission
2. Vision and Values
3. the specific Market segments it is targeting
4. the Business opportunity for growth
5. its competitor, industry and environmental analysis
6. Summarizing resulting in a SWOT matrix.
You will need to:
· Apply and highlight the concepts and theories learned in the course
· Identify areas of improvement you may find whilst auditing the company, in particular how did the corporation deal with COVID19
